Rates:

  
     
 
Rates will be based on the level of your work.
  • Level A would be defined as a light copy edit where it would only be necessary to make some minor changes in grammar, usage, punctuation, spelling etc.
  • Level B would be a medium copy edit, and would entail not only the changes and corrections of the kind described in Level A, but would also include some changes in word order, and some rewording.
  • Level C Level C is a heavy copy edit where a great many changes are required in order to make your work sound more truly English.
  
     
  Each job would need to be assessed before we start, plus I need a minimum of 24 hours advance notice in order that I may plan my schedule accordingly. For your initial assessment, you can send your work to me on line or by mail, or if convenient, deliver it in person. (See contact page)  
     
 

Depending on the results of your assessment, rates will be charged as follows:
Per hour: $18.00–$20.00
Per Page: $5.00–$7.00

 
     
  Please be sure your work follows standard format: pages single-sided, 8 ½ x 11 with one-inch margins, 12- point font size, and double-spaced print for both electronic and hard copy submissions. Font type: Times New Roman (or similar).

You may pay by personal cheque or money order. We also accept credit card payments and bank transfers using PayPal. If your payment is over one month overdue, you will receive a second billing, and a 5% late payment fee will be added to your bill.
